What's the difference between WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Business API?
WhatsApp Business (the free app) lets one person manage a business number with basic auto-replies. The WhatsApp Business API connects to your own systems — CRM, website, automation tools — and allows multiple staff, bots, and advanced flows. Most small businesses start with the app; growing businesses upgrade to the API.
What does the WhatsApp API actually cost per month?
